Family Therapy

Family Therapy

Family therapy is a form of counseling that focuses on improving relationships and communication within a family. It is based on the belief that the family system is an interconnected system, and issues affecting one family member can impact the entire family. Family therapy involves sessions where the therapist works with the entire family or specific family members to improve and address conflicts, improve communication patterns, improve the quality of connections, and promote healthier dynamics. The goal is to enhance empathy and understanding, promote joint problem-solving, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships within the family unit.

Additionally, Co-parenting Therapy is available for separated or divorced parents to help navigate their co-parenting relationship.
